Myself

I am a professional engineer with over 20 years of manufacturing and management experience. My strengths include waste reduction, problem solving, program development and planning. I am able to personally lead or facilitate problem solving and waste elimination efforts through to implemented solutions. Lean tools include Value Stream Analysis, Kaizen events, Value Engineering, 5S, Set-up Reduction and Visual Management.

Knowledge of problem solving approaches includes Kepner Tregoe, Shainin, Kaizen and general CI teams. My insightful and methodical program development and project planning skills have led to successful completion in fields of manufacturing, management, quality, environmental and safety.

I have experience in assessment, implementation, scheduling, process improvements, standardization, and workplace organization achieving significant measurable results in cost, floor space, inventory as well as quality and delivery.
