We are an eco-friendly organizing company providing home and office solutions to individuals and teams. Since 1998, we have helped hundreds of people to form positive lifelong habits that will simplify and enrich their lives.

In the office, we specialize in office organizing & paper flow, filing systems, storage rooms & cupboards and MS Outlook™ training. Our corporate services include centralized records management and group presentations.

At home, we love to help with paper and bring order to kitchens, cupboards, clothes closets and basements.

Myself

Elaine Jermy is owner of Organized Evolution and one of Canada's first Professional Organizers. As a founder of Canada’s industry association, Professional Organizers in Canada (POC), she was instrumental in the establishment of the POC National Board of Directors and two Chapters.

Elaine believes in giving back to her community, protecting the environment and serving others. She is currently a member of the City of Hamilton Waste Reduction Task Force, a Kinder Kidz Leader with City Kidz and a member of the Welcome Team at The Meeting House.

Past volunteerism includes Green Venture, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, the Catholic Children's Aid Society of Hamilton, Hamilton YWCA Friends for Success and The Children’s International Learning Centre.

Elaine is dedicated to lifelong learning and is continuously seeking ways to deepen her knowledge and expertise. To date, Elaine's academic accomplishments include:
