Alex Bucataru | Posted Mar 16, 2009, 7:29pm This is a summary of the ideas discussed during the meeting.
Improve customer service It could be a better self-serve support system, or more human touch, or both. Your client's satisfaction with your customer service is the most important factor in keeping or losing the client.
Improve customer relationships Take the time to personally reconnect with your clients. Their feedback can unveil opportunities to serve them better and get more business.
Diversify your services Businesses have needs in any economic environment. Identify where the demand is and how you can use your skills and capabilities to adapt or innovate your services or products.
Adapt your marketing Your products and services can benefit your clients in many ways. Emphasize the ones that address the current concerns and expectations of your audience.
