Critical Support Now is a computer support company based in Burnaby; it is a one-stop shop for all businesses from just a couple of computers all the way up to enterprise networks. Services provided range from new network installations, existing system support and maintenance, to website development and quality SEO strategies. Also available are Exchange server and BES server installs, and the occasional home user client as well.

Myself

I (the owner) have 20 years of experience in the computer industry; I built my first computer when I was 10 years old, and have been plugged in ever since. I truly have a passion for working with computers, and have spent the last 10 years dealing specifically with business owners and developing quality relationships. I know what makes business owners tick, so I can provide comprehensive systems to meet every single on of their needs and I also talk in layman's terms so they understand and feel comfortable with all the work that gets done.
