SOS provides facilitation support for Strategic Planning Sessions, Board Meetings, Succession Planning Sessions or large group meetings where a scribe is necessary. Do you utilize a SWOT Analysis and/or SMART Objectives? I provide the printed results of one exercise before the group moves on to the next one. I provide a preliminary report of the session results within 48 hours.
Myself
I have experience in all aspects of running an office.
I also organize home offices for individuals seeking change. I don't just do the work, I provide alternative methods of organizing personalized to an individual in order to ensure long-term success.
I provide workshops that teach organizing methods for those starting a business as well as informative workshops that determine what methods work best for each person. There is no right or wrong way - what is right for one person often doesn't work for another.
