More and more jobs are disappearing every day across Canada. Finding a new job is becoming increasingly difficult, even for experienced and highly skilled people. Starting a business on your own in this economy may look like a scary idea, but if you have entrepreneurial spirit, there is help available.
A good starting point is Service Canada's Self-Employment program. In Ontario, there is the Self-Employment Benefit (SEB) program, and other provinces have similar programs.
