I don't receive any confirmation e-mail

If you input your e-mail address correctly, then our e-mails may land into your spam folder or they  may be deleted by your e-mail service provider directly from your e-mail server. Make sure that teambiz.ca is white-listed or ask your provider to white-list this domain for you.

I've just signed up. How come I don't show in the directory?

You have to fill in your profile to appear as new member and be featured on the homepage (we ask of you at least for your office location -- city and province, contact information, business profile and your photo). To just get listed, you would need at least to choose one category but, if you want to benefit from the exposure TeamBiz offers and use your profile as a networking and promotion tool, we encourage you to have a complete profile. I can't upload my photo

One common cause is that your photo file is larger than the maximum size allowed: 100KB. To reduce the size, edit your photo in an image editor. The best way to make sure that your photo gets uploaded and looks good is to resize and crop it so that the final size is 65 pixels by 65 pixels.

Also, your photo may be CMYK (for print)  instead of RGB (for screen) or the file format may be .tiff, .pdf, .bmp etc. The only formats accepted are .jpg and .gif and the colour mode RGB.

My photo has been cut, I can only see my forehead!

If uploaded, your photo will be cut proportionally and resized to 65 pixels x 65 pixels. The best way to control how your photo looks is to resize it first in an image editor.
