TeamBiz is a community of entrepreneurs - people who own or manage independent small businesses. Our focus is to help our members build and foster meaningful relationships. In order to preserve and promote the spirit of our community, we reserve the right to deny or revoke membership to anyone who promotes or is associated with a business that:

• is based on a Multi Level Marketing, Network Marketing or Matrix Marketing model
• recruits distributors, resellers, consultants, or others for the sale or representation of a product or service that does not originate from the person requesting a TeamBiz membership
• pays commisions for recruiting new distributors
• pays commissions derived from sales generated by recruited sellers ("downline") and commissions from sales move "upline"
  
• claims to sell miracle products or promises unrealistic and unsupported earnings
• asks new distributors to purchase inventory or start-up kits
• generates sales by hosting parties where guests are expected to buy product
• is monitored by the Better Business Bureau, or any provincial, state or federal agency
